Terms of Service and Privacy Notice

This page summarizes DDTokens usage rules and data handling so users can understand the platform's boundaries. The complete terms of service and privacy policy published by DDTokens are authoritative.

Usage Rules

When using DDTokens, you must:

  • Protect your account, password, and API keys.
  • Follow applicable laws, regulations, and upstream model service rules.
  • Not use the platform for attacks, abuse, fraud, spam, or other prohibited activity.
  • Not attempt to bypass rate limits, quota limits, or security policies.

DDTokens may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for an abnormal account when required for security, compliance, or platform stability.

API Key Security

An API key is an access credential. Usage caused by exposure, hard-coding, or a public commit is generally the user's responsibility. If a key is exposed, disable it immediately and create a new one.

Data and Logs

DDTokens may record metadata needed for billing, troubleshooting, and security, such as request time, model, token usage, cost, status code, and request ID.

If your application has special data-retention, audit, or privacy requirements, contact the DDTokens team before production use.

Charges and Refunds

Model calls are charged according to actual usage. Refund decisions consider top-up records, usage records, and the cause of an incident. See the Refund Policy for details.
