Top-Up & Billing

Top-ups add to your account balance. API requests deduct charges from that balance according to model prices and actual token usage.

Before Topping Up

Confirm that:

• You are signed in to the correct account.
• The amount fits your test or production budget.
• Invoice, contract, or enterprise payment requirements have been discussed in advance.
• You understand current model prices and benefit discounts.

View Balance

View the account balance and recent bills in the dashboard. When investigating charges, check:

• Account balance changes.
• Token quotas.
• Request logs.
• Model prices.

Budget Recommendations

Use two layers of protection in production:

• Account budget: controls total top-ups and total spending.
• Token budget: limits maximum spending by an individual application or script.

This prevents a looping test script from affecting the entire account.
