Benefit Tiers

DDTokens can provide different benefits by user level, such as price discounts, request rates, free-model capacity, and support options. This page explains the tier structure; exact values are determined by the dashboard and official announcements.

User Levels

LevelIntended usersTypical useBenefits
Level 0Registered usersIntegration tests and infrequent callsBasic API access suitable for validation.
Level 1Users who have topped upDaily development and personal projectsMore stable quotas and greater free capacity.
Level 2High-volume usersTeam services and small production environmentsSuitable for sustained use and higher concurrency.
Level 3Enterprise usersHigh concurrency and production-critical servicesContact the team about dedicated quotas and support.

Exact upgrade thresholds, RPM, discount rates, and free quotas must match backend rules. Product or operations staff should confirm them before publication.

What a Level May Affect

  • Model price discounts: some models may have larger discounts at higher levels.
  • Request rates: higher levels are generally suitable for more frequent calls.
  • Free-model capacity: paying users may receive more free capacity.
  • Support options: high-concurrency or enterprise users may need dedicated support.

How a Level Takes Effect

If DDTokens uses cumulative top-ups or usage for upgrades, levels are usually assigned automatically. Do not use this page's example table to calculate final benefits; rely on the dashboard.

Relationship to the Pricing Page

Model Pricing answers "How much does a model cost?" This page answers "How does my account level affect prices, rates, and capacity?"

When investigating charges, check all of the following:

  • Standard model price on the pricing page.
  • Current account level and discount.
  • Actual charge in the dashboard log.
